 On-site Residential Property Manager

Summary of Duties:

Oversee all operations of a 49 unit, multi-family residential community.

Essential Functions: 

  • Provide customer service
  • Touring prospective applicants through the community
  • Process and screen new prospective resident applications
  • Pursue delinquency, prepare and serve notices
  • Prepare and place advertising for vacancies
  • Process daily rent collection
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports
  • Prepare and Process residential move in and move out paperwork
  • Supervise Maintenance Techs
  • Process incoming work orders
  • Review, understand and enforce lease terms
  • Resolve Resident issues in a service-oriented manner that promotes retention
  • Provide general and administrative support

Other Duties:

  • Incoming and outgoing mail
  • Emergency cell phone coverage
  • Other additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school Diploma/ GED
  • Intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Familiarity with standard property management
  • Apartment communities with 16+units property experience
  • Management experience
  • Supervisory experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive in regards to problem solving
  • Customer service oriented
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to prepare and support recommendations
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Ability to self-manage and to manage others
  • Positive, professional attitude and able to work as a team player

Compensation:

  • Two bedroom apartment
  • Hourly pay – DOE
  • Monday – Friday 40 hours per week
  • On call pay for after-hours emergencies
