What's In the News!

- After 7 years working with CBRE in Sydney, Australia and San Diego, Jill Morton has re-joined Capital Growth Properties where she started her Commercial Real Estate career 28 years ago.  While at CBRE Jill was an integral member of the leasing team representing McMillin Commercial in the successful lease-up of office and retail space at the award winning redevelopment of San Diego’s Naval Training Center now named Liberty Station.  Jill will continue to focus on leasing of commercial real estate throughout San Diego County representing both Landlords and Tenants but will expand her services to include brokerage of investment properties.

-The San Diego County Apartment Association held it's 16th Annual Mark of Excellence Awards dinner on November 20, 2009 at the Town & Country Resort.  Lakeview Park Apartments was awarded 1st place in the Rental Community of the Year (1-100 Units) category.  This award recognizes the rental housing community that maintains the highest level of excellence in service, maintenance and overall operation.  Please read more.....
