In a market that makes everyone nervous, question everything and feel quite frankly dejected, Capital Growth Properties smiled. In the summer of 2008 my company purchased a 68 unit apartment complex in East County. It looked as if a hurricane had come through leaving only the exterior “sticks” of the 8 building project. We started a complete remodel of everything and engaged CGP in the fall and said, “Lease it up and manage it.” I worked with the Regional Property Manger from CGP on the details of our agreement but for everything else kept to “Lease it up and manage it”  and CGP did just that. We finished construction January of 2009 and already had residents. We were full by May and have never looked back. I credit the swift lease up to the smiles I saw at our beginning with CGP that translated to our customers/residents and has continued to shine.
