In 1976 John Michaelsen and a partner formed a loan procurement company to provide construction loan brokerage services to builders and developers who were constructing residential and commercial projects in the western US. As a result of the experience involved in putting the financing together for others, in the late 70's the company got involved in it's own real estate acquisition and development projects. As the portfolio increased, the company expanded it's property management and brokerage activities to include third party transactions and services. Today the company manages a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential properties throughout San Diego. Additionally servicing clients with investment properties.
